Have IT Security officers cooperate

The Met Council works with MHFA to review and recommend grant awards. MHFA uses the 'cloud' to store their applications and for reviewers to make their evaluations. However, our Council IT security officer will not allow us access to the MHFA software, saying that it violates state security rules.
