In terms of "function", the NFL is in effect a de facto "union" of team owners that pool together for the collective good of owners. This "union" of owners is so powerful that contracts between teams and cities must meet it's approval. Simple, Reduce Spending, Reduce Legislation

Minnesota spends a lot of money recklessly and has a lot of very restrictive and silly statutes/rules on the books. We need to do two things, #1) Cut the budget (just like most other citizens have had to do). #2) Reduce legislation (to releive the burdens on business and individuals). #1) Cut the budget. The Peoples' stadium

Put an immediate halt to the Vikings stadium pending a possible temporary restraining order until either you or the court requires that the people have a referendum to vote either yes or no as to whether or not taxpayer's dollars are going to pay for all or part of the stadium.
